WhatsApp in the final stage of testing of its Multiple Device Feature

WhatsApp is reportedly in the final stage of testing its new feature which is going to be an innovative UI for desktop users. This is going to benefit the desktop clients as this feature permits cross-platform syncing. This modern feature is going to allow WhatsApp web users to use it on 4 devices at the same time.

Many news were making rounds recently about the multiple device feature and as per the latest developments, the testing for iOS, desktop, and Android is in final stages. Furthermore, one would also be able to access non-mobile devices in the non-availability of Internet connection. This feature will benefit people in using WhatsApp on multiple devices, however, not all the features will be available right away. Users cannot sync chats on all the devices for now but this may change in the later updates.

This revelation was made by WABetaInfo that dug deep to fetch information about the reported multiple device feature. Not much can be said about the new feature as officially nothing has been reported. Many rumors are making waves regarding chat history sync, muting your chats, starring messages, and many other features.

Another important feature is the introduction of modern UI for desktop users. This feature will allow users to move their chat history from their mobile phone to a PC. The best part is that this entire process of information migration will be end-to-end encrypted. With this feature, WhatsApp offers more privacy to its desktop clients and information can be shared from one device to another safely. After sharing the data, one can access shared information without internet connection. It will also come up with various customization features that will make the entire experience remarkable.
